The Process

Customize Your Pieces

From the above wedding collection, select the floral pieces you would like our team to create for you.

Follow the style guides to customize your floral pieces.

The Cart and Purchase

Be sure to add in any notes here i.e. “hey team I’d love a long trailing pink ribbon on my bouquet”.

Choose to have your blooms delivered or picked up. Deliveries will incur a fee, calculated at the checkout.

Make sure that all of your details are correct [including phone number and email] so that we can effectively manage your order.

Confirmation and Design Brief

Once you have finalized payment, our team will be in touch to confirm your order. At this point the team will also send you a basic design brief of what we will be creating for you.

The design brief will include images that we will use as inspiration for your wedding florals. This document will also outline your chosen colour palette and potential flowers that we will source for your pieces.

Wedding Week

You can expect an email a week out from your wedding from the team. We will update you on the status of your florals, make sure that you have everything that you need and confirm the logistics.
